Replacement Policy

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, we’re sorry! Write to us at talkcoffee@hunkalestatecoffee.com within 5 days with a photo. ⁠If issue is approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Once the refunds are processed , the refund will be done within 5-7 working days.

Please Note:
•⁠  ⁠Replacements are only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
•⁠  ⁠We may request a product return, covering the shipping cost.
•⁠  ⁠Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
